Product definition

Specify the panel and the overlay together

The overlay protects the faces, but the plywood core, glue line, edge sealing and site handling still determine how the panel performs. Reuse expectations should be discussed against the actual construction and application.

Selection points

Turn the visual reference into a measurable order

Use samples, product codes, construction photographs and written acceptance points instead of broad quality descriptions.

01

Start with the core

Use an edge photo or approved sample to define the veneer build-up and acceptable defects.

02

Name the film

Confirm colour and the exact film reference rather than relying on a generic black or brown description.

03

Relate glue to use

State the expected moisture, cleaning and reuse conditions and any named test requirement.

04

Protect the edges

Confirm factory sealing and the treatment expected after panels are cut on site.

05

Define the finish

State whether the concrete face or anti-slip texture has a particular visual requirement.

06

Record acceptance

Agree dimensions, surface condition, packing and any required inspection record before production.
