Product-specific inspection
Quality Control
Set the product specification and acceptance points first, then use the relevant checks for the selected panel and surface.

Working sequence
Keep each step tied to the order
The applicable scope is confirmed with the product and destination. These steps show how to organize the discussion.
01
Record the requirement
Define the construction, surface, dimensions, application, packing and required evidence.
02
Set the check points
Name the method, sample, scope and acceptance basis relevant to the order.
03
Review the finished panel
Compare selected dimensions, surfaces, edges, quantity and visible workmanship with the record.
Scope to confirm
Write down the decisions before work begins
Only agreed product, process, packing and evidence requirements can be reviewed consistently later.
| Plywood | Core construction, faces, bonding requirement, dimensions, edges and visible workmanship |
|---|---|
| Blockboard | Core type, strip construction, internal gaps, face build-up, flatness and thickness |
| MDF / Particle Board | Grade, dimensions, density-related requirement, surface, edges and ordered documents |
| OSB | Grade reference, dimensions, surface and order-specific technical evidence |
| Faced panels | Substrate, surface reference, faced sides, finish, edge condition and batch appearance |
| Packing | Covers, corners, straps, pallets, labels and shipping marks as agreed |
Real references
Use evidence that belongs to the selected order
Inspection photographs, measurements and reports should identify the product and the agreed check. A general factory document is not automatically evidence for every panel or order.
